General DescriptionReleased in 2003, the Pocket Watcher software represents our latest advancement in ease of use and functionality for WERECON water treatment systems. Designed to run on Palm OS� v3.5 or later devices, it allows you to connect to any current WERECON system and change settings or record readings.
If you use this software with a compatible device to connect to a WERECON Green Scorpion� based system, (models W4, W6, or W7) you can access the same information you can from the system keypad. Additionally, you can download long term system logs, and transport the information back to your PC in the office for record keeping purposes.
If you use this software to connect to a WERECON NanoJect� based system, (models W1 and W3) it is capable of functioning as the sole user interface for those systems. It gives you access to new embedded features not present in the base system. Out of the box, a W1 or a W3 has relatively simple features, Hand-Off-Auto, and the ability to set rates. With the Pocket Watcher� you can read current and historical water information, set rates directly in PPM, access product usage information, program time and days for injection, and much more.
Our competitors often make you buy special expensive controllers for the system in order to provide data connectivity. This is because their controls are usually made up of a collection of off-the-shelf parts. At WERECON, we make our own electronics, and we write all of our software.
